Terms and Conditions - Delivery and Returns
Delivery
The delivery of your order will be fulfilled through an express courier company that has been carefully selected by our team based on our expertise and experience, in order to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service possible.
Orders can be placed on our website, via email at office@green-print.ro or by phone at the numbers displayed in the Contact section. Orders received before 1:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
We require a minimum order of 100 EURO (VAT Excluded) in order to finalize the order
Any order with a value exceeding 1000 EURO (VAT Excluded), paid by bank transfer or card benefits from FREE delivery. Free delivery is only available in locations where the couriers can reach. Some small towns and villages may not be accesible and therefore will not be benefiting from free delivert.
The order must include the following mandatory information:
- Company name, Tax ID, registered office address, phone number, email adress, complete delivery address.
All prices are expressed without VAT. Companies that dont have a VAT number will be invoiced with the Romanian VAT that is 19%
Returns
We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we want to make the process as easy and hassle-free as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email or phone. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
The customer has the right to notify SC GREEN INDUSTRIES MANAGEMENT SRL in writing that they renounce their purchase, without penalties and without invoking any reason, within 14 working days from receiving the product or by returning the purchased product in its original packaging, with all accessories and without showing any signs of damage or wear and tear. The customer bears the transport costs in accordance with Romanian laws.
Returns can only be made for new products that have not undergone any modifications, including all original accessories and packaging.
Returns are not accepted for items that have already been printed or personalized.

The value of the products will be fully refunded, without calculating any commissions that may arise from bank transactions. The estimated time for returning the value of the products is 30 days, but in most cases, this transaction can be reduced to just a few days. The transport cost must be covered by the customer. Additionally, the customer can come personally to our warehouse for returns or exchanges processed on the spot.
PLEASE NOTE! We do not accept packages for product exchange or return if the transport payment was not made by the sender! We do not accept packages with cash on delivery!
- The returned products must be functional, within normal parameters, and must be accompanied by the original warranty certificate and the original purchase invoice.
- The returned products must not have any signs of use, wear and tear, or mechanical damage, and must have the original packaging.
- Products that have been serviced are not accepted for return.
- Products that are not in the original packaging or without the original accessories are not accepted for return.
- The absence or damage of labels, markings on products, or packaging results in the rejection of the return of the products.
