1 linear meter = 1m length x 0,5m wide

Polyurethane vinyl with non-adhesive polyester support. Although it is the thickest cutter plotter vinyl, it guarantees easy execution of cutting, peeling and application.

Thickness: 1000 microns

Thermal transfer data:
- transfer temperature: 155° C;
- transfer time: 20 seconds;
- pressure: high (4÷5 bars);
- knife for thick foils (60°);
- washing temperature: maximum 60° C. Wait 24 hours after thermal transfer. Do not use aggressive detergents.

Application instructions:
It is recommended to pre-heat the bottom of the press for 15 seconds, at 150°C before inserting the textile in the press and the vinyl on the textile.
1. Cut the material in the mirror;
2. Remove the excess material;
3. Place the foil on the textile;
4. Press for 20 seconds;
5. Remove the cold support.

It is delivered in rolls with a width of 50 cm and a length of 25 m and is sold by the meter.

It is available in 7 matte or glossy colors: white, black, yellow, red, green, blue and navy blue.

Note: Due to the multitude of textile materials on the market, it is necessary to test beforehand the compatibility between the film and the material to be printed. Temperatures and transfer times are indicative in nature, being results of tests and our practical experience. For an application in optimal conditions, a pre-ironing of the material to be inscribed is recommended.

RECOMMENDATION

It is applied on cotton, polyester, lycra and the combination of these.
